Carrier Access, Inc. Announces Key Internal Promotions: Shane Stark Appointed President and Kelly Scothorn Named Chief Operating Officer

Shane Stark Elevated to President

Shane Stark, formerly the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of CAI has been promoted to the position of President. In his new role, Shane will spearhead the company’s strategic initiatives, drive business growth, and continue to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

With an impressive track record of success in optimizing operational efficiencies, cultivating relationships within the channel, and driving organizational growth, Shane Stark has been with CAI for 19 years.

Kelly Scothorn Promoted to Chief Operating Officer

Kelly Scothorn, who has been serving as the Director of Operations, has been promoted to the position of COO. In her new role, Kelly will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring seamless execution of the entire lifecycle of our clients, from pre-sales to service delivery to our service desk, and implementing ITIL Foundation 4 principles and efficiencies.

Starting at CAI over 14 years ago as a project manager, Kelly Scothorn has since become a key leader and innovator in the telecommunications industry. Her dedication, expertise, and leadership qualities make her an excellent choice for the role of COO.
