After leading teams at Allnet, Global Crossing and MCI, Mr. Phelps started Carrier Solutions in 1997. After six years of successful growth, Carrier Solutions was renamed to Carrier Access, Inc. in 2003. His many years of experience in the telecom industry has allowed Carrier Access, Inc. to successfully grow its customer base, service, and product offerings.
Peggy brings a plethora of experience and leadership to the Finance and Human Resource departments. With a strong background in multiple areas including business and project management, she has been instrumental in developing key business processes, mentoring and leading, with a focus on a positive culture of supporting our people.
Channel Relations Director
Shane has been a member of the Carrier Access, Inc. team since 2004. Shane currently serves as our Director of Channel Relations and establishes productive, professional relationships with strategic partners. Shane has served on many industry Advisory boards, a 2014 Recipient of the Des Moines Business Records’ 40 under 40 and is on the Big Brothers Big Sisters Board of Directors.

Chad is a results-driven professional with a solid sales, marketing, and financial performance history. A perceptive leader and visionary, he has a proven track record for recruiting, training, and managing high-performing sales teams. He is a reputable marketing professional for leading cutting-edge initiatives and maximizing overall revenue production.
With years of experience in the telecom industry, Kelly is a vital member of the Carrier Access team. Kelly manages the support and ops team, delivering award-winning client service. Kelly plays a leading role in monitoring and analyzing internal workflow and data, and develops proven strategies and processes for company improvements.
Lifecycle Solutions Director
Laurel has 15+ years of experience in project management and leadership experience both in the wireline and wireless sectors. Laurel leads the Klarratee and Audit Operations divisions for Carrier Access, Inc.
Sales Vice President
TJ brings 20+ years of sales and leadership experience to Carrier Access, Inc. as the Vice President of Sales Operations. TJ’s primary focus is on enabling the Carrier Access, Inc. sales team to exceed the expectations of our clients.
